Before joining Concept Investimentos, Tales worked in the investment/M&A area of VALOREO, a Mexican aggregator of digital brands and portfolio company of LCatterton, Kaszek, Upper90, and other global funds. In late 2022, Tales was involved in the sale process of VALOREO to Razor Group, a German aggregator of digital brands.

Prior to VALOREO, Tales worked at Axxon Group, a renowned Private Equity fund where he participated in transactions in various sectors such as healthcare, food, distribution, technology, financial services, among others. He also actively monitored the two largest invested companies, participating in board meetings and helping the value creation.

At the beginning of his career, Tales worked at GP Investments, also in the Private Equity team, evaluating various investment opportunities and assisting portfolio companies.

Tales holds a degree in Production Engineering from the Polytechnic School of USP, with an exchange program at Technische Universität Darmstadt in Germany.
