Before joining Concept Investimentos, Thiago was partner and CEO at Bioage, a dermocosmetics company sold in 2021 to Hypera Pharma. Thiago worked at Hypera Pharma for a year to handover Bioage´s operation.

Before Bioage, Thiago worked as a consultant at Galeazzi & Associados, where he participated in cost reduction, turnaround management, interim management and post-merger integration projects.

Thiago also had professional experience at AB Inbev, where he was a Trainee focused on sales. Thiago holds a bachelor degree with honors from New Jersey Institute of Technology in business administration.
